The Davies Family opened Packin Heat in July 2021 with a plan to serve fresh, local ingredients and a little heat if you like it that way. Their wings, burgers, brisket, and more can be spiced with one of their three house made Signature spice dry rubs. If you can't take the heat, the Maple Bacon Bourbon Jam Burger, Smoked Brisket Sandwich, and Shrimp Mac and Cheese are a few fan favorites that will surely make you want to come back for more. Packin Heat features American Wagyu beef from CoMar Farm in Meridale, locally grown microgreens and seasonal veggies; and a thoughtful and laid back atmosphere. From date night to big family brunch, happy hour to take out lunch, Packin Heat offers something for everyone.
